* in case of technical malfunctions, payment to the current account "PrivatBank" is possible. We can also issue an invoice for payment Apple/Google Pay.

Orders are shipped within 1-3 days.

Delivery of orders across Ukraine

All orders in Ukraine are sent using the "Nova Poshta" service to a branch, a post office machine or to an address by courier. Also possible self-delivery from the company's show room KATSURINA at Kyiv, Mykhailovskaya str. 24A from 12:00 to 19:00 every day. 

The cost of delivery is calculated individually according to the tariffs of the "Nova Poshta" logistics service. When the parcel is sent, the estimated value is equal to the value of the order. Delivery is paid by the buyer and is not included in the price of the order.

Delivery of international orders

All international orders are sent from Ukraine using UkrPoshta or Nova Poshta. We deliver orders all over the world, except for countries such as Russia, Belarus, Eritrea, North Korea and Syria.

Estimated delivery time for international orders is 20-30 days. We are not responsible for customs delays. For more detailed information, please contact us. The cost of delivery of international orders is paid before shipment according to the tariffs of the delivery service.

Pay attention! Shipping costs do not include customs clearance costs. Upon arrival in the destination country, international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes of the destination country. The recipient bears additional costs for customs clearance upon receipt, in turn, we have no control over such costs and cannot predict what they may be.
