3. Is it possible to try out your goods?
Yes, you can try the goods in our workshop located in Kyiv, on Mykhailivska street 24 a, everyday from 12:00 till 20:00.
4. What is your return/exchange policy?
You can return or exchange goods that for some reason did not suit you, provided that its presentation, packaging, labels and waybill are preserved. That is why we advise you to try on and carefully inspect the goods after receiving them, without tearing the labels. You have 14 days from the date of purchase to return or exchange an item, due the Ukraine laws.
5. How to return a product that did not fit?
You need to send the goods to the specified address: Kiev, st. Mikhailovskaya, 24a, or at the post office to the name indicated on your bill of lading. The payer for shipping services is the sender.
6. Who pays for the return shipping?
The client/sender pays for return shipping.
7. What documents do I need to make a refund?
To return the goods, you need to provide a receipt. After sending the parcel, please inform us of the tracking number so that we can track and receive the parcel in a timely manner.
8. How will I receive money for returned goods?
Money are refund automatically by "Way For Pay" payment system.
9. What is the warranty on the product?
Warranty period depends on the product category. As a rule, it is from 30 to 60 days. We can clarify information specifically on the product you are interested in and contact you again.

12. Can i have the discount if the defect of the product is found?
In this case, you need to return the goods. If we have the same product in stock, we can exchange it for a similar one. No additional discounts are provided. We will send a detailed description of how to return the goods and to which address to your email address or SMS message.

The colors of all products correspond, sometimes a slight difference in color is possible, which depends on the brightness settings of the screen from which you are viewing the product.
